Rebecca Zambo Cooper currently serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at ACT Power Services since July 2020 and operates their own law firm, R. Zambo Cooper Law, PLLC, since February 2020. Previous experience includes a Legal Intern position at the North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association from August 2018 to May 2019 and a Legal Extern role at Duke Energy Corporation in July 2017. Rebecca worked with Duke Energy Corporation from July 2011 to July 2016 in various engineering capacities, including ECCS Systems Engineer and Licensing Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law (2016-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida (2007-2011).
