Eric Bryant

Eric Bryant has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Eric started their career as the Owner of Raleigh Dog Running from 2009 to 2012, where they managed finances, conducted marketing strategies, and trained staff in customer relationship management. Eric then worked at Relias from 2012 to 2019, holding various roles such as Implementation Consultant, Professional Services Manager - Implementation, Product Owner, and Platform Product Manager. During this time, they focused on client care, project management, and drove significant increases in billable rate, services revenue, and project efficiency. In 2019, Eric joined WeExperience briefly as a Platform Product Manager before moving to DaySmart, where they held positions such as Product Manager - Pet Services, Director of Product - Pet Services, and Vice President of Product Management. At DaySmart, they built high-performing teams, grew a start-up product, and focused on delivering scheduling and services management applications for the pet care industry.
