Carmel Lewis

Carmel Lewis has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Carmel began their career as a Recruiter at Maof in 2000. Carmel then worked as an HR & Administrative Manager at Cellular Magic from 2000 to 2001, and at NetTrust in 2002. In 2005, they worked as a Freelancer at DiskSites.

Lewis joined Actelis Networks in 2006 and held various roles within the company. Carmel started as an HR Specialist & Recruiter, where they successfully recruited over 60 employees in 2006 alone. Carmel then became an HR Manager IL in 2009, responsible for all local HR roles and procedures. Carmel managed the recruitment process, orientation days, and dismissals, while ensuring compliance with Israeli employment law. In 2015, Lewis was appointed as the Head of HR at Actelis Networks, where they oversaw and managed all HR activities within the company. This included recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance reviews, and implementing HR procedures in accordance with ISO standards. Carmel also led organizational changes and managed employees' stock option plans for trustees.

Carmel Lewis obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster in 1998-1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tel Aviv University, although the specific field of study for their undergraduate degree was not provided.
