Ryan Dudgeon has extensive work experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, and business strategy. Ryan has held key positions in various companies, including Actian, Imperva, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. At Actian, they served as the Vice President of Revenue Operations and Enablement, leading initiatives to accelerate revenue growth through embedded SaaS technology and data-driven cultures. Prior to that, at Imperva, Ryan held the role of Director, Program Office to Chief of Revenue, where they focused on customer base analytics and revenue optimization. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, they held several senior management roles, including Senior Manager of Business Strategy and Senior Manager of Business Operations, where they were responsible for revenue program analysis, development, and execution. Ryan also has experience in finance, sales, and operations. Ryan holds a diverse skill set in data analytics, finance, and team leadership.
Ryan Dudgeon completed their undergraduate education at the University of Toronto from 1996 to 2000, earning an HBA in Finance & Economics through the Business Internship Program. In 2013, they pursued continuing studies at Stanford University, focusing on SaaS/Cloud Computing and Change Management. In 2021, Ryan attended The Wharton School for Executive Education in Business Analytics. Additionally, they obtained the USA Hockey CEP Level 2 Coaching certification from USA Hockey in 2023.
