Sheena N.

Sheena N. has extensive experience in talent acquisition, with their most recent role being the Head of Talent Acquisition at Actica Consulting starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Xylem Water Solutions UK & Ireland from 2020 to 2023, where they built a European Center of Excellence. In 2019, Sheena served as the Head of Talent Acquisition-Europe at CAE, responsible for establishing a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence for Europe. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Arm, first as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and later as an EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager. Sheena also has experience working in talent acquisition roles at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, Novartis, SABMiller, Programme Recruitment, Consult Hyperion, and Virtual Human Resources.

Sheena N. earned a BA (Hons) degree in International Hospitality Management from the University of Brighton, where they studied from 1991 to 1996.
