Paul-Henri Warlop has over 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Paul-Henri started their career as a Test Engineer at Bouygues Telecom in 1998, where they worked for two years. Paul-Henri then joined Tucana Telecom SA in 2000, where they served as a Support/Consultant Engineer and Pre-Sales representative for five years. In 2005, they moved to Technicolor and worked as a VoIP Deployment/Support Engineer for nine months. In 2006, they joined Cirpack as a VoIP Support Engineer and Team Leader, where they managed a team of support engineers and handled customer issues for ten years. In 2016, they transitioned to Actility, where they initially worked as a Senior CSO Engineer for four months before becoming the Customer Support & Operations Manager, a role they still hold.
Paul-Henri Warlop pursued their education at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. Paul-Henri completed their Master's degree in Telecom and Electronics from 1995 to 1996. Subsequently, from 1996 to 1997, they further specialized in Communication Mobiles (GSM) by obtaining a DESS degree from the same university.
