Clay Nickens has a diverse work experience in various industries. Clay currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategy & Growth at Action Behavior Centers, where they are dedicated to transforming the lives of children with Autism and their families. Prior to this, Clay worked at Bain & Company as a Senior Manager, where they helped clients define the future and achieve extraordinary results. Clay also held roles as a Consultant/Manager at Bain & Company, a Project Management Officer at CHE Behavioral Health Services, and an MBA Summer/Academic Year Intern at CHE Behavioral Health Services. Clay began their career as a Consultant at Bain & Company.

Clay Nickens has a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Letters & Society from the University of Chicago. Clay also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Clay completed their high school education at St. John's School.
