Senior Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers

Nicole Snow has a diverse work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for autism. Nicole started their career at G.W. Carver Elementary School as a Teacher, where they taught various subjects to a diverse student population. Nicole then worked at McNeese Autism Program as a BCBA Training Supervisee and Practicum Student, gaining experience in behavior observation, treatment implementation, and data collection for different populations and behaviors. Nicole also worked as a Behavior Therapist at Therapy and Beyond before joining Skill Sprout as a Consultant (BCBA) and later as a Grow Our Own Program Manager. Nicole continued their journey in ABA therapy at The Shape of Behavior as a BCBA. Currently, they are a Senior Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers, specializing in ABA therapy for autism.

Nicole Snow completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Governors University during the period of 2009 to 2011. Nicole then pursued a Master of Arts in Psychology, specifically focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis, at McNeese State University from 2013 to 2015.
