Carys Jenkins has a diverse background in the field of diversity and inclusion. Most recently, they have been working as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Action for Children since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council from January 2018 to October 2021.
