Hiwot Ayele

Hiwot Ayele is a finance professional with extensive experience in project finance and financial management within various non-profit organizations. Currently serving as Project Finance at ActionAid UK since March 2023, Hiwot ensures effective financial management and compliance with organizational guidelines. Previous roles include Finance Officer at Christoffel-Blindenmission (CBM) and DAI, along with positions at Splash International, Oxfam Intermón, and Food for the Hungry, Inc. An educational background includes an MBA in Public Administration and Policy Analysis from Addis Ababa University, an MBA in Business Leadership from Leadstar College of Management University, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Addis Ababa University. Hiwot is also pursuing a Master's degree in Holistic Child Development at Evangelical Theological College.
