Kimberly Mikha

Kimberly (Wagner) Mikha is the Head of Talent at Actionist Consulting, a boutique strategy consulting and due diligence advisory firm in Los Angeles founded & led by former McKinsey consultants. Prior to this role, Kimberly held various positions at McKinsey & Company from 2016 to 2023, including Professional Development Manager, Engagement Manager, and Associate. She also has experience at EY from 2008 to 2014, working in retail & consumer products. Kimberly earned her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Operations from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
