Brad Kogut

Brad Kogut is an experienced human resources and talent acquisition professional currently serving as VP and Head of Talent at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. since August 2021. Previously, Kogut held the position of VP and Head of Talent at WWE, where leadership of a team focused on a comprehensive recruiting strategy was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Director and Associate Director positions at Gartner, managing substantial global teams and overseeing diverse talent acquisition initiatives, as well as serving as Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Madison Square Garden Sports Corp., supporting multiple sports franchises. Kogut's career began at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where various HR roles were undertaken. Kogut earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Bowling Green State University.
