Lauren Babek

Lauren Babek currently serves as Head of Talent at Instacart, a leader in online grocery delivery in North America. Prior to this role, Lauren was Sr. Director of Global Technical Recruiting and University Programs at DoorDash, contributing to a remarkable growth from 2,500 to over 25,000 employees. Experience also includes leading global talent acquisition efforts at Snap Inc. during its pre-IPO phase, and key recruiting roles at LinkedIn, where Lauren helped scale the company from 1,000 to over 10,000 employees, and at Netflix during its global expansion phase. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
