Ted Herhold

Theodore Herhold serves as the Vice President and General Counsel at Solarcycle, Inc., a company focused on creating a circular economy for solar and renewables, since March 2022. Additionally, Theodore is a member of the Leadership Council at Activate Global, Inc., a nonprofit organization, since June 2021. Previously, Theodore held the position of General Counsel at Solaria Corporation from December 2016 to September 2020, overseeing various legal matters within the solar energy sector. Theodore has significant legal experience as a partner at Singularity LLP and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, and as General Counsel for the Sacramento Capitals World Team Tennis. Early career experience includes associate roles in general commercial litigation at Ashford & Wriston, LLP and LeBeouf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
