Mike Hofflander

Mike Hofflander has worked in the engineering industry since 1982. Mike began their career at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. as a Reliability/Associate Development Engineer. Mike then moved to Unisys as a Manufacturing Engineer in 1984. In 1987, Mike joined Sheldahl as a Research & Development Engineer. Mike then worked at Hutchinson Technology Inc. as a Sr. Engineering Manager from 1990 to 2013. After that, Mike worked at MakerBot® as a Quality Engineering Manager from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they began working at Stratasys as a Quality Engineer and at Activated Research Company as an Operations Engineer.

Mike Hofflander received a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1984. In 2004, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2012, they were awarded a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of St. Thomas, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the same institution.
