Vikas Kaushik

Vikas Kaushik has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Vikas started their career in 2002 as a Product Manager at Schenck RoTec GmbH. Vikas then worked at Horiba as an Applications Engineer - Sales from 2004 to 2009. After that, they joined Active Exhaust Corp. as a Senior Applications Engineer - Sales from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they worked at Cummins Inc. as a Territory Sales Manager (Industrial) from 2013 to 2014. Vikas then joined Active Dynamics Group in 2014 and held multiple roles including Director Strategic Development, Vice President Strategic Development, and Vice President Strategic Development & Supply Chain Management. In 2017, they became a Director at Active Xianzhong Exhaust (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Vikas also held the role of Director at Active Chromewell Exhaust Private Limited from 2019. Currently, they are the Director at Active Dinex Emission Solutions starting from 2020.

Vikas Kaushik completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey Business School at Western University in 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra from 1989 to 1992. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2009 and as a Professional Engineer (PE) from Professional Engineers Ontario in 2006.
