Mary Lee Schneider

Mary Lee Schneider is the current director at Active International. Mary has previously held the position of president and chief executive officer at SG360°, a Segerdahl company, from December 2015 to December 2018. During their time at SG360°, Mary Lee transitioned the company from a 100% ESOP structure to a private equity-owned portfolio company to support future investment and growth. Under their leadership, the company increased its share price by 66% in one year and was sold to a private equity firm at the highest value/share price in company history. After their time at SG360°, Mary Lee served on the board of directors for the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies and on the board of trustees for Penn State University. Most recently, they served as the president and chief executive officer for Follett Corporation from January 2012 to December 2015.

Mary Lee Schneider has a MS in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a MS in Printing/Imaging Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. Mary also has a BA in Journalism from Penn State University. Mary is certified from the Independent Directors Council in Foundations for Fund Directors and from the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) in NACD Directorship Certification.
