Nicole Ortmann has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2016. Nicole began their career as a Marketing and Social Media Intern at Samaritan's Purse in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Apprentice at May Designs and also served as a Praxis Emerging Founder at // Praxis //. Later that year, they joined Taylor University and held various roles including Admissions CREW Representative, Resident Assistant, and Promising Ventures Coordinator at the Calling and Career Office.
