Tim Hole has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Tim began their career as a Business Markets Adviser at Three., where they worked from September 2008 to September 2010. Following this, Tim joined CareerOne.com.au as a Client Services Representative / Account Executive in November 2010, staying until June 2014.
In 2014, Tim joined FileMaker Inc., an Apple subsidiary, where they served as a Customer Support/ Success - APAC. Their responsibilities included supporting client onboarding, managing existing clients, nurturing upselling opportunities, providing ongoing support, and collecting client feedback. Tim continued this role until April 2017.
From May 2017 to April 2018, Tim worked as a Customer Support Advisor at Apple, where they provided customer support and success services in the APAC region. Their role involved onboarding clients, managing existing clients, nurturing upselling opportunities, and gathering feedback.
Tim then joined Intercom in April 2018 as a Product Support Specialist. In this role, they were primarily responsible for onboarding, educating, and supporting Intercom's customers globally. Tim worked directly with customers, answered product questions, tracked user feedback, and acted as a bridge between customers and the product design and development teams. Tim continued in this position until November 2018.
Lastly, Tim is currently employed at ActiveCampaign, where they have held various roles since November 2018. Tim started as a Product Specialist and then transitioned to become a Customer Enablement Specialist in August 2020. In January 2022, Tim was promoted to the role of Customer Enablement Specialist L2, and they are currently serving as a Senior Customer Enablement Specialist as of December 2022.
Tim Hole attended TAS The Armidale School from 1999 to 2006, where they completed their HSC degree. In 2011, they obtained a Certificate III in Customer Contact from Academy Blue.
