Viktoria LeDantiou is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in managing HR systems and integrations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of HRIS at ActiveCampaign since November 2021, Viktoria has previously held key positions such as Senior Workday Systems Manager at Grand Rounds and HRIS Manager at Synteract. Viktoria's expertise includes the implementation and management of Workday systems, compliance training roll-outs, and project management for benefit integrations and data migrations. With a solid background in IT applications management and HR systems, including significant contributions at Guggenheim Partners and ITT, Viktoria has consistently demonstrated strong leadership in system configurations and enhancements that support HR and business objectives.
