Hill Stark, PhD, currently serves as Senior Product Manager for AI Solutions at ActiveFence as of September 2023. Previously, Stark held the position of Manager of Data Analytics at Spectrum Labs, where responsibilities included crafting reporting dashboards and facilitating collaboration between various teams to drive action-based metrics for SAAS clients. Experience also includes roles as Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Balto, focusing on client retention and software integration, and as a University Lecturer & Market Researcher at the University of North Texas, conducting research on millennials’ social media usage. Other past positions involve client services management at Standing Dog Interactive, marketing management for 801 Restaurant Group, and corporate sales development at Omni Hotels. Stark holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Science & Data Science and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, alongside a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas.
