Lihi Wishnevetsky

Lihi Wishnevetsky has extensive experience in HR, spanning multiple companies and roles. Lihi currently holds the position of Director of HR at ActiveFence, where they have been since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as HR Manager at ActiveFence starting in July 2020. Before joining ActiveFence, they worked as an HR Manager at Sparks AB from October 2017 to June 2019. Lihi also has experience as an HR Specialist at SAP from April 2014 to September 2017, where they supported a department of 100 employees in various HR-related areas. Lihi began their career as a Recruitment Manager at Bapp in August 2012, where they were responsible for locating and recruiting potential candidates for various positions. Additionally, Lihi worked as a Phone Interviewer at Adam Milo from 2011 to 2012.

Lihi Wishnevetsky completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences at Ruppin Academic Center from 2009 to 2012. Lihi then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Sociology at the University of Haifa from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they attended the Israel center for management (Hamil) to study Labor Law, although the degree obtained is not specified.
