Cristina Gaschino

Cristina Gaschino currently serves as HR Director for Europe & Distribution at Activision Blizzard, overseeing HR business partnering across offices in the UK, France, and Italy, while also managing key distribution operations in the UK and Germany. In addition, Cristina holds a concurrent position as HR Director for the UK, Southern Europe, and Talent Management at Activision, where responsibilities include leading HR Generalists and managing strategic initiatives in Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness. Cristina's extensive experience in human resources dates back to GE Capital, where roles included HR Business Partner and HR Manager, alongside various HR positions within the organization. Cristina's educational background encompasses a BS in International Relations and Italian Language & Literature from Fairfield University, supplemented with international studies in business and literature.
