Jake Vassello

Jake Vassello is an experienced professional in the field of organizational development and recruitment. Currently serving as the Hiring Capabilities Program Lead at Activision since February 2022, Jake has successfully built and implemented core recruiting KPIs for a 150+ member team, conducting stakeholder analyses and designing reports in Excel and PowerBi, as well as facilitating numerous training sessions. As a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology since January 2015, and previously an Organizational Development Consultant at The OD and Change Leadership Group, Jake has focused on strategic planning and process improvement. Prior to these roles, Jake served as a Training Manager at Sherwin-Williams Paints from March 2014 to March 2021, where training programs were developed and executed. Educationally, Jake holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the CUNY School of Professional Studies and a BS/BA in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Philosophy from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
