Lpec Athena Panton

Athena Panton, LPEC, currently serves as the Ethics and Compliance Learning & Development Coordinator at Activision, where responsibilities include supporting facilitators and enhancing engagement in learning environments, as well as planning and delivering educational programs. As the host of the What Happens In Between podcast and a Program Specialist at Easeful Efficiency, Athena explores the challenges in the creative process while developing impactful virtual learning programs. Previously, Athena held various roles, including Client Success Coach at Megan Hale, LLC, where a client management system was developed to improve engagement, and Communications Coordinator at Venture Lab, focusing on enhancing opportunities for underrepresented students in entrepreneurship. Athena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Processes & Operations from the University of Pennsylvania.
