Aleksandra D. has a diverse work experience. Aleksandra started their career in 2015 as a Project Management Assistant at Central European Development Forum CEDEF. In 2017, they held the role of Executive Assistant at Crater and International Trainee at Ahold Delhaize. Aleksandra also held two roles at Delhaize Serbia, Graduate Trainee and Management Trainee - PMO Delhaize Serbia. In 2018, they were a Management Trainee - Sustainability at Delhaize Belgium. In 2019, they were a Format Project Expert at Ahold Delhaize. In 2020, they were a Project Portfolio Specialist at Telenor. In 2021, they were a Scrum Master @Mindnow at Holycode. Currently, they are an IT Project Delivery Manager at Activity Stream.

Aleksandra D. received a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Science, Novi Sad in 2013. Aleksandra then completed an Exchange Program at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz in Geography and Spatial Planning in the same year. In 2016, they earned a Master's degree from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Project Management.
