Sander Jõesaar has been working in the industry since 2011. Sander began their career as a Stock Manager at iNTERTAIN Ltd in 2011. In 2014 they moved to First Hotel Skt. Petri as a Quality Supervisor. In 2015 they joined aPureBase as a Baltic Data Manager. From 2017 to 2018 they worked at Global ICO Fund as a Development and Communication professional, growing and affirming GLIF's strong community while aiding in strategic development decisions. Most recently, they have been a Customer Success Team Lead at Activity Stream, a software company specialized in Live Entertainment, where they are responsible for all things customer success.

Sander Jõesaar has a varied education history. Sander attended Elva Gümnaasium from 1996 to 2008, followed by Tartu Vocational Education Centre. From 2012 to 2016, they attended Copenhagen Business Academy, where they earned a degree in Service Management with a focus on Hospitality Management. Finally, they attended Copenhagen Business School from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Cand. Soc. Service Management degree.
