Riley Thompson

Riley Thompson is an experienced AutoCAD Designer currently employed at Arizona Public Service (APS) since April 2019, focusing on the design, documentation, and installation of IT communications equipment in remote substations. Prior roles include Design/Document Transmission Analyst at APS, responsible for maintaining and updating a library of technical drawings and utilizing AutoCAD for design tasks. Additionally, Riley serves as a Karate Instructor at ACTIVSTARS since April 2013 and previously worked as an Architecture and Engineering Specialist and Tower Structural Analyst at Crown Castle from May 2017 to March 2019. Riley holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, obtained in 2017.
