Chris Ann Herron

As the Head of the Project Management Organization, Chris provides project management support during the sales and launch phases of new client internal projects and initiatives. These projects can include logo implementation, existing client growth, and migration to new tools and systems. After starting her career in contact center outsourcing in 2000, she worked her way to workforce management. Helping to build and set up Activus Connect has been the highlight of her career.
