William Brown, MBA, ACE

William Brown, MBA, ACE has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 1996 to present. William has held various management positions in the fields of aviation, security, operations, and sales.

From 2022, William is currently working as the Site Director of Operations at ACTS-Aviation Security. Prior to this, they held positions at HSS, starting in 2018 as the Director of Operations, AGS @ DEN. William initially provided physical security guard services for Denver International Airport and managed a team of over 250 officers. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Director of Operations, Aviation & Government Services at HSS. William also served as the Assistant Director of Operations - Airport Security DEN from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for managing teams, budgets, and client relationships.

Before joining HSS, William worked at Union Pacific Railroad as an Operations personnel in 2017. William also worked as the Director of Operations at Free Will Consulting from 2015 to 2018, where they oversaw operational activities.

In 2015, William held the role of Zone Operations & Sales Manager at Metro Construction, Inc., where they were responsible for lead generation, marketing, sales forecasting, and customer relationship management.

Prior to that, they worked at The Home Depot in 2014 as a Store Assistant Manager, where they assisted in managing the store's operations and revenue.

From 2008 to 2013, William worked at Walmart Stores, Inc. as a Store Co-Manager. William co-managed a high-volume location with a focus on financial performance, customer service, inventory management, HR, safety, and compliance.

William also has experience in the airline industry. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at United Airlines as an Operating Manager, overseeing various aspects of cargo/baggage operations, safety, security, and process improvement projects.

In 2004, they held the role of Maintenance Manager at Georgia Pacific Company, where they developed maintenance programs and spearheaded operational streamlining efforts.

William began their career in the U.S. Army as an Armor Officer in 1996. William advanced through various positions, including Operations Officer, where they planned and led missions and facilitated communications with higher headquarters.

With their MBA and ACE certifications, William brings a strong background in operations, security, and leadership to their current role as the Site Director of Operations.

William Brown, MBA, ACE has an extensive education history. In 1992, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences for four years. In 2015, William completed a Diploma in Operations Management at Alison Certified Learning, specializing in Operations Management and Supervision. Additionally, during the same year, they earned a Certificate in Fundamentals of Operations Management from Alison Online Learning.

Continuing their education, William attended the Jack Welch Management Institute from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Leadership.

Furthermore, William holds several certifications. In February 2015, they received a Diploma in Operations Management from ALISON - Free Online Learning. Later, in the same month, they attained a Diploma in Project Management from the same institution. Most recently, in June 2022, William acquired the Airport Certified Employee - Security certification from AAAE (American Association of Airport Executives).
