Glenn D. Fox

Mr. Fox serves as Executive Vice President & General Counsel. Mr. Fox joined Acts in 2016 after having spent several years as its outside corporate counsel. Prior to joining Acts, Mr. Fox was a partner in major law firms located in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, including having served as a Chair of a Corporate Practice Group. He has more than 35 years of experience representing numerous business and nonprofit organizations, including senior living, long-term care, and other health care providers, in corporate, transactional, tax, and financial matters. Mr. Fox currently serves on the LeadingAge Legal Committee and the LeadingAge In-house Counsel Legal Committee, as well as previously served on the board of directors of a not-for-profit social service organization and as President of its foundation. Mr. Fox earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Temple University, a Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University School of Law, and a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Villanova University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
