Jeremy O. Neely

SVP, Community Operations at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc.

Jeremy Neely serves as Senior Vice President of Community Operations. He most recently served as Vice President of the Northeast Region. Mr. Neely has almost 25 years of healthcare management experience and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. He has served in Acts in a number of roles since 1999. He is the Chairman of the LeadingAge PA board of directors and is a Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP). Mr. Neely has successfully completed the LeadingAge Leadership Academy and has served as a coach facilitator for the program. He co-facilitated leadership retreats at the IAHSA conferences in Perth Australia, Lyon France, and Monteau Switzerland. Mr. Neely is a former CARF International surveyor, conducting accreditation surveys throughout the United States and Canada. He has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Eastern University.
