Irena Berglová (Brychnáčová)

Irena Berglová (Brychnáčová) has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 and continuing to the present day. Irena began their career as a Teacher of Czech for foreigners at the Center for Support of Integration of Foreigners in the Pardubice Region from 2009 to 2010. Irena then worked as a Czech language lecturer at Eötvös Loránd University and Czech Centre Budapest/Dům zahraniční spolupráce from 2012 to 2014, promoting Czech cultural heritage abroad. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Language courses coordinator at Slůně - svět jazyků. Irena continued their teaching career as a Teacher of Czech for foreigners at Centrum pro integraci cizinců, o.p.s. / Centre for integration of foreigners from 2015 to 2016, and then at Czech Language Training from 2015 to 2017.

In 2016, Irena transitioned into an Education specialist/lecturer role at META, o.p.s., where they further developed their skills in educational training. Irena then entered the IT recruitment field, working as an IT Recruiter at GoodCall from 2018 to 2020. During this time, they collaborated with ŠKODA AUTO a.s. on an RPO project, managing the IT recruitment process and sourcing IT candidates. Irena also participated in career fairs and cooperated with organizations like Czechitas.

In 2020, Irena joined ACTUM Digital as a Recruiter/Delivery Manager for their ACTUMx division, which provides outsourcing of IT services. In this role, they connect leading Czech and foreign companies with skilled IT and online marketing specialists, leveraging their extensive network of contacts and providing efficient solutions in the digital world.

Throughout their diverse career, Irena Berglová (Brychnáčová) has gained experience in teaching Czech language, coordinating language courses, and recruiting IT professionals, demonstrating their adaptability and versatility in different professional settings.

Irena Berglová (Brychnáčová) began their education by obtaining a High School Diploma in Fashion Design from the High School of Applied Arts in Ústí nad Orlicí from 1998 to 2002.

Irena then pursued a Bachelor's degree from Masaryk University Brno, specializing in Czech Language and Literature and History of Arts, which they completed from 2002 to 2006.

Continuing their studies at Masaryk University Brno, Irena earned a Master's degree from 2006 to 2008, focusing on Czech Language and Literature and Teaching Czech Language and Literature for Secondary Schools.

In addition to their formal education, Irena also acquired several certifications. Irena obtained the RACR - Recruitment Academy Certified Recruiter certification from Recruitment Academy in March 2018. In September 2017, they earned the TELC Deutsch B2 certification from inlingua Dresden, Germany. Additionally, they hold an IELTS certificate (C1) from Global Village in Calgary, AB, Canada, which they obtained in December 2011.
