Radek Zíma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Radek started their career as a Junior Financial Controller at ACTUM Digital in April 2015 and worked in this position until May 2016. After completing their internship at DER Touristik GmbH, they returned to ACTUM Digital in May 2016 as a Relationship Manager and Partner Account Manager. Radek was responsible for driving customer relationships, ensuring business value delivery, and onboarding new clients. In November 2018, Radek transitioned to the role of Key Account Manager and Partner Account Manager, leading clients in the UK/Ireland region and the Middle East to successful launches of new digital solutions. In January 2020, they took on the position of Account Director at ACTUM Digital, focusing on helping traditional organizations outperform their competition with digital platforms. As Client Success Lead, their current role since June 2023, they continue to provide strategic guidance and support for clients. Overall, Radek has gained extensive experience in digital business consultancy, project coordination, and client management in the technology and digital solutions industry.

Radek Zíma began their education in 2007 at Molalla High School in Oregon, United States, where they earned their High School Diploma in General Studies in 2008. Radek then pursued their higher education at Prague University of Economics and Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Economics and Management from 2010 to 2014. Radek furthered their studies at the same university and completed their Ing. (Engineer in Business and Economics) degree in the field of Business / Corporate Economics from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Radek Zíma has also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they received the Cambridge English Level 2 Certificate in ESOL International from the University of Cambridge. In 2015, they completed the course "Effective Problem-Solving and Decision-Making" and obtained a certification from Coursera Course Certificates. Continuing their professional development, they obtained certifications in various fields, including "Kentico Online Marketing Essentials (v11)" from Kentico Software in 2018, and "Context Marketing Fundamentals 9," "Personalization and Experience Optimization 9," and "Web Experience Management 9" from Sitecore in 2020.
