Tracy Ward

Tracy Ward has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Tracy is currently serving as the Head of People at Acturis Limited since July 2022. Prior to this, Tracy worked as a Career Rejuvenation & Executive Coach at Tracy Ward | Career Coaching from April 2020 to July 2022.

Tracy's previous roles include Senior Vice President Human Resources at The Citco Group Limited from January 2017 to March 2020, Vice President Human Resources from January 2013 to December 2016, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner from August 2004 to January 2013.

Before joining The Citco Group Limited, Tracy worked as a Workers Compensation Consultant at Westpac in 2003 and as an HR Administrator at the Irish Aviation Authority from 2000 to 2002.

Tracy Ward obtained a diploma in Psychoanalytic Studies from Dublin Business School in 2011 and a BA HRM (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland. Tracy has additional certifications including an Advanced Diploma in Coaching with Neuroscience from the World Association of Coaching with Neuroscience in 2020, and a Change Management Registered Practitioner certification from APMG International in 2017. Tracy is also a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development (CIPD).
