Hariprasad T N has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Hariprasad is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global IT at Actylis, where they lead the implementation of IT and Digital Transformation initiatives, including Cloud Migration, eCommerce development, and cybersecurity transformation. Prior to this, they worked at Merck Group, holding various positions such as Senior Manager of SAP ERP Development, Head of IT End User Support for India and Southern Africa, and Head of Client and Server Operations for Merck Life Science in the APAC region. Hariprasad also has experience at EFI as the Manager of IT APAC Operations and Team Lead of Global Datacenter Services. Before that, they worked at Accenture as a Functional Lead, and at Network Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and RS Computer & Login Infotech Pvt Ltd in system support and engineering roles respectively.

Hariprasad T N completed a Management Development Programme (MDP) in General Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a focus on Operations from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2010 to 2013. Hariprasad has also obtained various additional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), VMware Certified Professional 3.5, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC), among others.
