Eddie Davidson

Eddie Davidson has a diverse range of work experience. Eddie started their career in 2014 as a Naval Officer in the Royal Navy. During their time in the navy, they held various roles, including Communications Advisor, Head of Logistics Operations for a nuclear-deterrent submarine, and People and Operations Manager. In these roles, they managed personnel, developed communication strategies, and provided operational advice.

In 2021, Eddie joined The Percy Hobart Fellowship as an Innovation Fellow, where they worked on improving professional performance reporting in the Armed Forces. Eddie was awarded the Best Student Award for their proposal, ReportCheckr.

In the same year, Eddie also worked as a Military Advisor to the Deputy Commander at STRIKFORNATO, a NATO multi-national headquarters. Eddie coordinated efforts, provided senior leadership advice, and managed relationships with other operational headquarters.

Currently, Eddie is the Head of Delivery at ACUA Ocean, a position they assumed in 2023.

Overall, Eddie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in logistics and operations, and a commitment to innovation and professional development.

Eddie Davidson completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the University of Lincoln from 2016 to 2020. In 2017, they also pursued a Diploma in Nuclear Submarine Engineering Management at the Nuclear Department, Defence Academy of the United Kingdom. Additionally, Eddie obtained various certifications including Agile PM Practitioner from APMG International in January 2023, Chartered Manager (CMgr) from the Chartered Management Institute in July 2022, Executive Program from Singularity University in May 2022, and Associate Membership from the Association for Coaching (AC) in August 2022.
