Michael Wallace, Esq. has been in the legal profession since 1985, when they began working as the Principal Attorney for their own firm, Michael J. Wallace, Esq. In 2006, they took on the role of President at Upstate Capital. In 2011, they founded AcuClix, where they serve as Founder, President, and Chief Compliance Officer. At AcuClix, they provide enterprise risk management solutions for managing the social media and website usage of employees, offering both software solutions and outsourced Compliance Review Inspections.

Michael Wallace, Esq. attended Jamesville Dewitt HS before pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, General at the State University of New York College at Oswego from 1978 to 1982. Michael then went on to earn a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Syracuse University College of Law in 1985.
