Nada El-Zein

Nada El-Zein is an experienced professional in the field of electrical engineering and energy efficiency, currently serving as the VP of Customer Operations at Acuity Brands since January 2013. Nada has held various leadership roles, including Director of Professional Services and Director of Applications, where responsibilities included leading technical teams in system design and project delivery for lighting control projects across the central region of the US. Prior to Acuity Brands, Nada co-founded LED Light Energy and served as Technical Director, leading energy efficiency initiatives through LED retrofitting. Earlier roles include Technology/Marketing Director at Green Light Energy, Technical Marketing Director at AkzoNobel, R&D Director at Epiworks, and Nanoelectronics Manager at Motorola. Nada obtained a PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
