Michele Donnelly

Michele Donnelly has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Michele began their career as an IT Recruiter with Spherion in 2000, and then transitioned to a Technical Recruiter role at Manpower in 2002. In 2004, they worked as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter for Information Technology Placements before joining Beeline as a Senior Recruiting Consultant in 2006. During their time at Beeline, Michele managed various accounts and handled recruitment for government agencies. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Employment Enterprises, Inc., where they managed client relationships and utilized various sourcing methods. Michele then moved on to General Dynamics Information Technology as a Senior Recruiter, where they managed contracts and proposals for the Intel customer. In 2014, they took on the role of a Certified Personal Trainer and Business Development professional at Sport&Health. Michele worked as an Inside Sales Advisor at Envision EMI from 2015 to 2017, providing support and exceptional service to customers. Most recently, they have been working at Acuity, Inc. as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Foreign Affairs since 2017, sourcing and evaluating candidates for consulting positions.

Michele Donnelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from George Mason University. In 2014, they also obtained certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer, Basic Nutritionist, and CPR/AED from NPTI - National Personal Training Institute. Michele later pursued a Bachelor's degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing and Editing from George Mason University.
