Colleen Robb is a research scientist at Acuity Insights since March 2021, previously serving as a graduate research assistant at Carleton University from September 2019 to September 2021. Colleen's experience includes conducting significant research projects, managing and generating SPSS syntax, and presenting data analysis results to various stakeholders. Colleen's academic support as a teaching assistant encompassed research methods and forensic psychology courses, impacting over 300 undergraduate students. Prior roles include a student junior researcher at Employment and Social Development Canada, a senior therapist at Terrace Wellness Group focusing on autism assessments and treatment plans, and a research placement student at Hotel Dieu Hospital. Colleen holds a Master's of Arts in Forensic Psychology with a Data Science Specialization from Carleton University and an Honours Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Psychology from St. Lawrence College.

Our company was founded on 15 years of research by co-founders Kelly Dore (Ph.D.) and Harold Reiter (M.D MEd), who invented our first higher education admissions product, Casper, at McMaster University in Ontario.
