Jenny Draxl

Jenny Draxl currently serves as VP of People at AcuityMD, having previously held the position of Head of People & Talent at Deepgram, where the focus was on enhancing human-computer interaction through natural language technology. Prior roles include HR Director at Domino Data Lab, an HR Business Partner at Uber, and a Manager in Talent & Organization at Accenture, showcasing extensive expertise in HR consultation, organizational design, and talent management. Additionally, Jenny gained foundational experience as a Human Capital Analyst at Sequoia Capital and held various positions in research and HR internships early in the career. Jenny Draxl holds an MBA in Organizational Strategy from the University of Michigan and a BA with Distinction in Psychology from Yale University.
