Vishal Jain

Vishal Jain has a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on building and improving various applications. Vishal currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at AcuityMD, starting in May 2023. Previously, they worked at Tradeshift as a Software Engineer from May 2022 to February 2023.

Vishal gained extensive experience at SugarCRM, starting as a Software Engineer in October 2014 and later promoted to Senior Software Engineer in November 2016. During their time there, they led a team in transitioning from d3.js to chart.js, improving performance and customer satisfaction. Vishal also played a crucial role in the development of multiple new products, mentored new engineers, upgraded third-party libraries, and provided deep code reviews to maintain code standards.

Before their time at SugarCRM, Vishal worked as a Web Development Intern at Almond in 2013 and as a Business Development Intern at Allied Works Architecture in 2011.

Vishal Jain completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Math from New York University, where they attended from 2009 to 2012.
