Amy Engbarth

Amy Engbarth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and program management, specializing in services for veterans and individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Veterans Programs at Acumen Fiscal Agent since June 2017, Amy manages contracts for self-directed Financial Management Services and educates stakeholders on best practices. Prior to this role, Amy held positions at PA OVR from September 2009 to June 2017, including VR Specialist and Rehabilitation Counselor, where significant contributions were made in implementing WIOA policies and developing pre-employment transition services. Earlier career experiences include employment as an Employment Specialist at AHEDD and as a Treatment Technician at Greenbriar Treatment Center. Amy holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College.
