Previously, Timothy held significant roles including General Manager at Aeroworx Asia, where oversight included managing a large team and advising on e-commerce strategies, and Senior Assistant Vice President at SM Retail, focusing on omnichannel and digital strategies that led to substantial growth in online sales. Earlier in Timothy's career, leadership positions were held at Hatchd Digital and Lazada, along with a solid engineering background at Chevron. Timothy holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
