Carina Breda has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1984 with the Wella Company, where they held the role of Director of Marketing. In 2003 they moved to Procter & Gamble as Sr. Director of Marketing, and in 2009 they joined ORLY International as Sr. Vice President and SPARITUAL as Sr. VP of Marketing. In 2017 they joined Revlon Inc. as VP Marketing North America and Revlon Professional as VP of Marketing North America. In 2021 they moved to BWX Limited as Sr. VP of Marketing Americas, and in 2022 they became the Chief Executive Officer of ACURE.

Carina Breda attended the Akademie fuer Marketing Kommunikation in Frankfurt from 1991 to 1994 and obtained a Diplom Kommunikationswirt. carina then went on to the Marketing Academy Frankfurt/Germany, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
