Peter Cromberge

Peter Cromberge is a seasoned financial journalist with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Senior Financial Journalist at Mergermarket since April 2006. In addition, Peter holds the position of South Africa Bureau Chief for Acuris, where responsibilities include coordinating coverage for Southern Africa and reporting on sub-Saharan African markets, particularly within the resource and industrial sectors. Peter's earlier roles include staff writer positions at Mining Weekly and Engineering News, as well as a journalist role at Succeed Magazine. Peter completed a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Financial Journalism, Writing and Editing, and English Literature at Rhodes University from 1998 to 2002, alongside education at La Salle College from 1993 to 1997.
