Nick Jerman

Nick Jerman has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Nick began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Bull in 1995 before moving on to work as an Executive Search Consultant at EC International. Nick then joined Profiles Resource Management as a Client Project Manager. In 2000, Jerman joined Virgin Media and held multiple positions, including Senior Business Partner and Head of Training and Development. Nick later worked as an Associate Director HR at BGL Group and as Head of HR Operations - FMCG at Weetabix. Currently, Jerman serves as the HR Director EMEA at Acushnet Europe Ltd. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for strategic development, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational design.

Nick Jerman attended the University of West London from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a 2:1 BA(hons) degree in Business Studies, specializing in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1993, they attended Repton, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
