Barbara Vettorel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Barbara has held various positions in different companies.
In 1999, Barbara worked as an Operations Analyst in Private Bank Operations at Goldman Sachs. From 2000 to 2002, they served as a Project Assistant in Marketing at Profidata Group.
Barbara then joined Triumph International in 2002, where they held multiple roles. Barbara first served as an HR Business Partner for the local sales organization. Later, they took on the role of Global HR Project Manager, contributing to the development of the global HR department. Barbara also worked as an Executive PA to the Head of Internal Audit & Risk, assisting in building the department from scratch. Finally, Barbara worked as an Executive PA to the CEO/Managing Partner, where they grew and developed into a multi-tasker and agile thinker.
From 2015 to 2016, Barbara worked as an HR Business Partner at Tamedia AG. In 2016, they joined Risk Insiders Ltd. as an HR Business Partner, where they also took on additional responsibilities as a Marketing Project Manager and played a role in web content optimization.
Barbara then became a solopreneur and coach in 2018, offering their services as a certified counselor in non-violent communication. Barbara also took a sabbatical to focus on the healing process and write a book about their experience with breast cancer.
In 2021, Barbara joined kessler.vogler as a Consultant for Professional & Executive Search, specializing in recruiting HR positions within Zurich's Banking & Finance industry.
Most recently, Barbara began working as the Director HR EMEA at 3A Composites Core Materials in 2023.
Overall, Barbara's work experience has provided their with a wide range of skills and expertise in HR, project management, marketing, and executive support.
Barbara Vettorel obtained their High School Diploma in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from Kantonsschule Wettingen, graduating in 1993. Barbara later pursued further education and obtained a Federal Diploma in Marketing (Marketingplanerin mit Eidg. FA) from MBSZ - Marketing & Business School Zürich AG in 2003. In 2012, they attended The Open University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2025, Barbara completed an Executive MBA in Organizational Leadership from IMD. Additionally, they hold certifications such as GMF Global Management Foundations from IMD, a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from STAMBHA LIFE ACADEMY / STAMBHA Yoga School in 2019, and completed the WIN Professionals Program offered by Women In Negotiation in 2023.
