Pascale Marie-Hélène Però

Pascale Marie-Hélène Però has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pascale Marie-Hélène is currently the HR Director EMEA & Asia at Holcim Building Envelope, responsible for Human Resources and Internal Communication. Prior to this, Pascale worked at Deutsche Telekom IT GmbH as a Team Leader for Chapter Consulting HCM & BEM. Pascale Marie-Hélène also served as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at the same company. Before joining Deutsche Telekom IT GmbH, Pascale held the position of Expert Personnel Management Global Assignments and Executive Services at Deutsche Telekom. Pascale Marie-Hélène has also worked at T-Systems International as an International Project Manager for Human Resources and later as a Senior Manager for Strategy & Planning. Pascale started their career as a Trainee at Deutsche Telekom. Their experience includes roles in HR, consulting, and management.

Pascale Marie-Hélène Però attended the University of Cologne from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Diplom-Kauffrau degree, which is equivalent to an MBA. Their studies focused on management and logistics, marketing and market research, and economics and social psychology. In August 2021, they also obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
